Hussey Chances To Pick Up For World Cup Are Still Alive
After the injury of D Bollinger the serious issue for the Australian team is find an appropriate replacement for him. Australian cricket board is trying to find the best replacement and they ataking their time. Earlier they were planning to send Hussey by the start of next week. Hussey had injured his hamstring and he is recovering now from his injury.
R Ponting wants the decision soon befor their next match against Australia. Ponting said that there are chances that Hussey might join the Australian team. He said in the conference leading to world cup match agaisnt Sri Lanka. Last world cup finalist are going to contest each other tomorrow.
He added that selectors are waiting for the right replacement. He added that the replacement will be announced soon and probably after the Sri Lanka match. He said that there are chances that the replacement will join team in Bangalore.
There are some players including Trent Copeland, the left-arm spinner Steve O’Keefe and the in-form Tasmanian allrounder Luke Butterworth. He added that bowler will be first priority for the replacement as they alredy have two batsmen as back up. Tait, Brett Lee and Mitchell Johnson are the three fast bowlers with Australia na dthey need another as replacement for Bollinger.
